This spacious apartment occupies the entire second floor of the historic Duvall Building located directly across the street from the Franklin County Courthouse/Judicial Center Building. It features two bedrooms with king-size beds, a large full bathroom and open-concept living room and eat-in "cooks-kitchen." The private covered porch at the rear of the property is a unique amenity for downtown residences. This apartment is accessed by a private entry and stair hall off of St. Clair Street and boasts wonderful views of the city.

The apartment is accessed by an electronic lock making check-in flexible and convenient. We will message you with a four-digit access code and instructions no later than 3:00 pm (normal check-in time) the day of your arrival. We often provide early access at no additional charge when the apartment is clean and ready before 3:00 pm.

We are not located on-site but reside in the neighborhood.

A queen-size self-inflating air mattress is included in the apartment.
